医院质量文化体系构建探讨

         

摘要

学习是推动医院质量文化构建,实现医院可持续发展的内生动力.医院坚持国内与国外相结合、院部与科室相结合、医疗与管理相结合、规培与学历教育相结合、临床与科研相结合、人文与医学相结合,以立体式学习努力构建医院质量文化体系,使医院质量、技术、服务实现了整体提升.提出立体式学习应体现个性化,要构建学习型文化和有效激励机制.%Learning is the internal driving force for quality culture construction and sustainable development in hospital.In recent years,the hospital quality culture system was constructed through the multi-dimensional learning,which included combination of institute and department,domestic and foreign experience,medical treatment and management,standard training and academic education,clinical and scientific research,humanities and medicine.The level of medical quality、technology and services were improved greatly.The multi-dimensional learning should reflect individuation,learning culture and effective incentive mechanism should be established.
