科室绩效管理体系的建立及效果观察

             

摘要

目的 探讨科室绩效管理体系对提高科室整体管理水平的效果.方法 根据医院总体目标以及科室指标,建立科室层面的绩效管理体系,由科室负责人跟踪、检查、监督、反馈.结果 通过3年多的实践,科室各项绩效指标明显改善,甚至优于医院目标.结论 科室绩效管理体系的建立可以提高科室整体管理水平,使科室管理更加精细化、标准化、规范化.%Objective To analyze the efficiency of performance management system in department level to improve the overall management level and implement the overall goals of hospital performance management.Methods The performance management system in department level was established according to the overall goals of the hospital and the department indicators.The department head was responsible for tracking,checking,supervision,and feedback on the application of each work and the completion of all performance indicators.Results Through the practice of more than three years,department performance indicators were improved significantly and even better than the goals of hospital.Conclusion The establishment of the performance management system in department can improve the overall management level and make the department management more refinement,standardization,and normalization,which could benefit the implementation of the overall goals of hospital performance management.
