Volunteers participating outpatient service in hospital is a part of "Volunteers in Hospital" activities.By improvement on increasing the number of outpatient volunteers,the appointed staff,and enhancing outpatient service items,the volunteers participating high quality outpatient service was implemented.After the application,patients satisfaction was improved from 93.55％ to 97.88％,the shortage of nursing staff was made up,the quality of outpatient service was improved,and the good humanistic spirit of the society was promoted.Measures were taken on the existed limitations,including expanding the volunteer recruitment,strengthening organization management,timely updating service items,improving the volunteers' deployment mechanism,actively striving for support and cooperation of leaders and departments.%志愿者参与医院门诊服务是“志愿服务在医院”内容之一.通过增加门诊志愿者人数、定岗定员、丰富门诊服务项目等精细化改进,实施有志愿者参与的门诊优质护理服务.实施后,患者满意度由93.55％提升至97.88％,同时弥补了护理人员短缺,提升了门诊服务质量,有利于促进社会人文精神.针对存在的不足,需采取拓展志愿者招募方式,强化组织管理,及时更新服务项目,完善志愿者调配机制,积极争取领导及部门支持与配合等措施.
