药物经济学证据在澳大利亚医疗卫生决策及药品福利计划准入中的应用已有20余年的历史,澳大利亚在实践中不断完善适合于本地区医疗卫生体系的药物经济学证据应用制度和流程,效果显著.文章通过系统介绍药物经济学证据在澳大利亚药品福利计划准入中的应用,为我国医保目录的准入及相关证据的采用提供参考.%Pharmacoeconomic evidence had been used for more than 20 years in Australian health care decision-making and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme(PBS) access.In practice,Australia has continuously improved the application system and process of pharmacoeconomic evidence,which was suitable for the medical and health system in China,which had remarkable results.It introduced how the pharmacoeconomic evidence used in Australia to provide reference for China reimbursement drug list access and related evidence application.
