肺癌肿瘤抑制物-1基因在肾腺癌伴骨转移组织的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 探讨肺癌肿瘤抑制物-1 (TSLC1)基因在肾腺癌伴骨转移组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测TSLC1在54例肾腺癌无骨转移患者的癌组织标本,10例肾腺癌伴骨转移患者的癌组织标本及10例正常肾组织中的表达.结果 TSLC1蛋白在肾腺癌无骨转移患者的癌组织中阳性表达率为53.7%(29/54),在肾腺癌伴骨转移患者的癌组织中阳性表达率为2/10,在正常肾组织中的阳性表达率为10/10,三组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).TSLC1蛋白在肾腺癌病理分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级中阳性表达率为54.0%,在Ⅲ级中阳性表达率为21.4%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);在肾腺癌伴发骨转移患者的癌组织中阳性表达率为20.0%,在无骨转移患者的癌组织中阳性表达率为61.1%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TSLC1基因可能与肾腺癌伴发骨转移的发生、发展有关,可能对肾腺癌伴发骨转移的早期诊断及预后评估具有重要意义.%Objective To discuss the relationship between the expressions of tumor suppresser in lung cancer 1 ( TSLC1 ) gene and the clinical and pathological features of renal adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis. Methods The expression of TSLC1 were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 74 samples ( 54 were from renal adenocarcinoma, 10 were from renal adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis and 10 were from normal renal tissues ) . Results The positive expression rates of TSLC1 were 53. 7% ( 29/54 ) in renal adenocarcinoma, 2/10 in renal adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis and 10/10 in normal renal tissues ( P <0. 05 ) . The positive expression rates of TSLC1 were 54. 0% in renal adenocarcinoma tissues of pathological grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ , and 21. 4% in those of pathological grade Ⅲ ( P <0. 05 ); positive expression rate were 20. 0% in renal adenocarcinoma with bone metastases and 61. 1% in those without bone metastases ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion TSLC1 may be associated with the pathogenesis and development of renal adenocarcinoma and its bone metastasis and might be of great importance in early diagnosis and the prognosis evaluation of renal adenocarcinoma.
