Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of CIK cells and combined intracavitary injection of IL - 2 in treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 15 patients with malignant pleural effusion. CIK cells were induced by CD3 monoclonal antibody, y - INF and IL - 2 and injected partially via the vein and partially into the thoracic cavity together with IL -2. Results After treatment, peripheral NK cells ( CD16+CD56+ double positive cells ) were increased significantly ( P <0. 05 ). Clinical symptoms and iconography of the patients were all improved. Conclusion It is definitely effective to treat malignant pleural effusion with CIK cells and combined intracavitary injection of IL - 2, which prolongs the survival and improves the life quality of the patients.%目的 探讨多因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)联合白介素-2胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效.方法 采集15例癌性胸腔积液患者外周血单个核细胞,加入CD3单抗、γ-干扰素、重组人白介素-2诱导成CIK细胞,部分CIK细胞静脉输注,部分CIK细胞联合白介素-2胸腔内注射.结果 治疗后患者外周血T细胞亚群的NK细胞(CD+16CD+56双阳性细胞)较治疗前明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);患者的临床症状、影像学均提示病变较前好转.结论 CIK细胞联合白介素-2胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸腔积液有确切疗效,提高了患者的生活质量.
