缺血性脑卒中病因学亚型的遗传学分析

摘要

Ischemic stroke ( IS ) is a polygenic disease closely related to genetic factors. In this review, we discuss the candidate genes for IS involved in lipid metabolism, inflammation, platelet activation, homocysteine metabolism and so on. We also analyze the polymorphisms of the predisposing genes among different etiological subtypes of IS to facilitate the etiological diagnosis and individualized prevention of IS.%缺血性脑卒中(ischaemic stroke,IS)是一种与遗传因素密切相关的多基因疾病.本文将探讨与脂质代谢、炎症反应、血小板活化、同型半胱氨酸代谢等相关的IS候选基因,并分析IS不同病因学亚型易感基因多态性,以利于IS病因学诊断及个体化的治疗与预防.
