目的 探讨复方苦参注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的疗效及免疫功能的影响.方法 68例乳腺癌术后化疗患者被随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组术后化疗同时静脉滴注复方苦参注射液,对照组不加用该药,两组术后1周进行TA方案化疗,每21 d为1周期,共化疗6个周期,分别于化疗前1天及化疗1周后抽取两组患者的外周血测定血常规、免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群及血IL-4、IL-10水平.结果 化疗后,观察组患者外周血白细胞计数为(5.56±1.78)×109/L,高于对照组的(3.51±1.56)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的CD+4及CD+8阳性细胞的百分率分别为(39.41±2.34)%和(40.12±1.77)%,分别高于对照组的(30.14±1.51)%和(25.45±1.41)%,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组的免疫球蛋白lgG、IgA、IgM水平低于对照组,差异亦均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组的血IL-4、IL-10水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 复方苦参注射液具有降低化疗药物的毒性、升高白细胞、增强患者免疫功能,利于放化疗顺利进行,改善了患者的生活质量.%Objective To evaluate the effects of compound matrine injection on immune functions and clinical observations in patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods Sixty - eight patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy after surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group and the control group. TA chemotherapy was performed in both groups for 6 cycles ( 21 days/cycle ) one week after surgery, with the treatment group received compound matrine injection at the same time. Blood routine test and detection of immunoglobulins, T cell subsets. and IL-4, IL - 10 levels were carried out both one day before and one week after chemotherapy. Results Number of white blood cells in the treatment group [ ( 5.56 ± 1.78 ) × 109/L ] was higher than that in the control group [ ( 3.51 ± 1.56 ) × 109/L ]with statistical significance ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Percentages of CD8+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes in the treatment group were significantly higher [ ( 39.41±2.34 ) ％ and ( 40.12 ± 1.77 )％ ] than those in the control group [ ( 30.14 ±1.51 )％ and ( 25.45±1.41)％ ] ( P ＜0.001 ). Levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Plasma levels of IL -4 and IL - 10 were obviously higher in the treatment group than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Compound matrine injection exhibits the effects of decreasing the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs, increasing white blood cells and enhancing the immune functions in patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Compound matrine injection may improve the life quality of the patients and ensure successful chemotherapy.
