目的 探讨头皮透刺电针疗法、穴位注射治疗中风后遗症的临床效果.方法 选取符合纳入标准的中风后遗症患者200例,随机分为两组,治疗组100例应用双侧头皮透刺疗法加电针,对照组100例应用双侧头皮透刺疗法,两组均结合体针及穴位注射治疗6个疗程,观察疗效,并观察随访3个月后疗效.结果 治疗组疗程结束后疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).3个月后随访疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 该联合疗法治疗中风后遗症疗效显著,可明显改善中风后遗症患者的临床症状和生活质量,值得继续深入研究和推广应用.%Objective To ohserve the curative effects of point - through - point electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection on stroke sequelae. Methods Criteria total of 200 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group ( 100 patients ) were treated with bilateral scalp point - through - point electroacupuncture and the control group ( 100 patients ) were treated with bilateral scalp point - through - point acupuncture , both in comhination with acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy for 6 treatment courses, Efficacy of the two groups were observed and followed up for 3 months. Results Efficacy right after treatment and 3 month later in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group with significant difference ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion The efficacy of point - through - point electroacupuncture comhined with acupoint injection on stroke sequelae is preferable which improves both the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.
