Objective To understand the degree of rural patients' ac:ceptance for eight items of rural health appropriate techniques spread in Jiangxi Province during " the eleventh five - year" period, and to explore the influencing factors.Methods Totally 747 people who received appropriate medical techniques se.rvices were selected by stratified random sampling, amonthem questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The general acceptance degree of the appropriate technologies by the ohjectives was 55.96％.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that the main elements influenc:ing the acc:eptance degree of the appropriate medical technologies were whether the medical staff actively recommended and applied the technologies ( OR = 2.650 ).the doctor's proficiency of applying the technologies ( OR =2.139 ).whether the duration of consultation was abundant ( OR =2.199 ).satisfaction of charges for technical se.rvices ( OR = 2.737 ), satisfaction of visiting time ( OR = 1.891 ), diagnosing and therapeutic effects ( OR = 1.672 ), and cost of medical care ( OR =2.286 ).Conclusion The acceptance degree of the service ohjectives remains to be raised.It is necessary to further spread the rural health appropriate technologies and to enhance the power of the propaganda, pay more attention on doctor - patient communication.to raise the doctors' proficiency in applying the techniques and technological service levels.%目的 了解江西省农村患者对"十一五"推广的8项西医卫生适宜技术服务的接受程度及其影响因素.方法 采用分层抽样方法,对747人次接受西医适宜技术服务的服务对象进行问卷调查.结果 服务对象对适宜技术服务的综合接受度为55.96%.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,影响西医适宜技术服务接受程度的因素主要有医务人员是否主动推介使用适宜技术(OR=2.650)及其使用技术的熟练度(OR=2.139)、服务对象就诊时间是否充分(OR=2.199)、对技术服务收费及诊疗时间的满意度(OR=2.737、1.891)、诊疗效果(OR=1.672)、诊疗费用(OR=2.286)等7项.结论 服务对象对西医适宜技术服务的接受度有待提高,建议进一步加强农村卫生适宜技术推广的宣传力度,注意与患者的及时沟通,提高医生使用技术的熟练度和技术服务水平,从而使农村适宜技术更好地服务于当地群众.
