目的 探讨腹舒粘敷贴用于人工流产术中镇痛的临床疗效.方法 随机选择200例早孕妇女分成4组各50例,A组腹舒粘敷贴组,B组利多卡因组,C组丙泊酚组,D组米索前列醇组.比较各组人工流产术中宫颈口扩张程度、疼痛程度、出血量、人工流产综合征发生率.结果 4组在宫颈扩张程度、人工流产综合征的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);4组镇痛效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);4组孕妇在人工流产时阴道出血量＞30 ml的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹舒粘敷贴和其他几种方法比较,应用于人工流产更方便实用,能有效扩张宫颈口,减轻患者痛苦,减少手术难度.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fushu Adhesive widely used for analgesia in induced abortion.Methods Two hundred early pregnancy women were divided randomly into groups A ( receiving Fushu adhesive ), B ( receiving lidocaine ), C ( receiving propofol ), D ( receiving misoprostol ).Cervical dilation, pains, blood loss, incidence of abortion syndrome were observed and compared.Results No significant difference in cervical dilation or incidence of abortion syndrome between 4 groups ( P ＞0.05 ), but there was in analgesia ( P ＜0.05 ).There was significant difference in incidence of blood loss ＞30 ml during abortion between 4 groups ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion Compared with other methods, Fushu adhesive, convenient and practical, can expand effectively cervix, reduce patients' pain and the difficulty of operation.
