全科团队服务模式对企业外来女工生殖健康行为干预的效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of general practitioner team service mode on promoting reproductive health behavior of female migrant factory workers. Methods All the female workers from 2 companies in Dongguan City were randomly divided as intervention and control groups. The reproductive health behavior intervention by general practitioner team service was given for the intervention group for one year. Then a comparison between the two groups was conducted in reproductive health knowledge and behavior. Results ( 1) Before the intervention there was no statistically significant difference between the two group in scores of various items on reproductive health knowledge ( P > 0. 05 ). However, significant differences were found between the two group in scores of various items (P <0. 05). (2) Before the intervention no statistically significant difference between the two groups showed in attitude to sexual behaviors of pre - marriage and after marriage, and in reproductive health behavior (P > 0. 05). After the intervention, the same occurred in attitude to pre - marriage sexual behavior, rate of sexual behavior in recent 6 months, and rate of accident pregnancy in the past year ( P > 0. 05). Nevertheless, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in usage of a contraception measure, usage of condom in recent 6 months, and good habit of reproductive health (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The general practitioner team service mode on promoting reproductive health behavior of female migrant factory workers is of positive effect, and it is good for improving their reproductive health level.%目的 探讨全科团队服务模式对企业外来女工生殖健康行为的干预效果.方法 在东莞市随机抽取4家企业的全部女工分别作为干预组和对照组,对干预组采用全科团队服务模式进行干预,对照组采用常规的健康教育模式进行干预,为期1年,并对两组企业女工生殖健康相关知识及行为进行对比研究.结果 (1)干预前,干预组和对照组在生殖健康知识各项得分上差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).干预后,干预组和对照组在各项知识得分上差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).(2)干预前,干预组和对照组在对婚前性行为的态度、性行为、生殖卫生行为习惯等方面的差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).干预后,干预组和对照组在对婚前性行为的态度、近6个月性行为发生率和近1年意外怀孕率间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；在近6个月任一避孕方法使用、近6个月避孕套使用、良好的生殖卫生行为习惯方面的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 全科团队服务模式对企业外来女工生殖健康行为干预效果肯定,有助于提高外来女工的生殖健康水平.
