目的 探讨我院抗抑郁药的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 统计2008年9月-2012年8月我院抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)并进行分析.结果 我院抗抑郁药销售金额逐年增长,四年间分别为890 969.2元、1 335 592.3元、1 783 058.4元和2 339 165.0元;DDDs逐年增长,四年间分别为93 097.2、131 043.1、172 307.9、224 483.1;DDDc波动范围不大.选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)和选择性5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂(SNRIs)销售总额环比上升依次为47.7%、35.7%、33.8%和51.5%、35.7%、21.4%.结论 我院的抗抑郁药应用基本合理.SSRIs和SNRIs抗抑郁药的应用在四年中占主导地位.%Objective To analyze the clinical use of antidepressants in our hospital so as to provide reference for the rational clinical drug use. Methods The sales amount, DDDs, and DDC of antidepressants in our hospital between September 2008 and August 2012 were analyzed. Results The sales amount was 890 969. 2 yuan, 1 335 592. 3 yuan, 1 783 058. 4 yuan, and 2 339 165. 0 yuan for the consecutive 4 years. The DDDs was 93 097. 2, 131 043. 1 , 172 307. 9, and 224 483. 1 for the 4 years. Yearly increase has been observed in sales amount and DDDs, but not in DDC over the 4 years. The sales increase was 47.7%, 35.7%, and 33. 8% for SSRIs, and 51. 5%, 35.7%, and 21. 4% for SNRIs. Conclusion The use of antidepressants in our hospital is basically rational. SSRIs and SNRIs account for the majority of the total use of antidepressants.
