肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件的开发设计

摘要

Objective Todevelopcomprehensiveevaluationsystemsoftwareofdigestivetractsymptomsoftumor chemotherapy( DRSTC)to manage DRSTC patients effectively and to provide reference for patients participating in clinical deci-sion.Methods ThroughestablishingtheoreticalmodelofDRSTCcomprehensivescoringsystem,thetechniquesofcomputer and network were used to design database and construct architecture,system function and operation flow of software system. Re-sults Afterrunningfor6months,thesoftwarecollectedtheinformationof114DRSTCpatients.Theinformationwascomplete, data processing rapid. The system realized the DRSTC management in which patients and medical staff participated together. Conclusion ThesystemcanevaluateandmonitorDRSTCdynamically,collectpatients′informationscientificallyandsystemati-cally,to lay the foundation of management,research and network system reporting clinical outcomes of DRSTC.%目的：建立肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件，对化疗患者消化道症状进行有效管理，为患者参与临床决策提供方便。方法建立肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统理论模型，利用计算机技术、网络技术进行数据库设计，构建软件系统的体系结构、系统功能和业务流程。结果肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件从2012年4-9月运行6个月，共收集144名肿瘤化疗患者消化道症状的资料，信息收集完整，数据处理快捷，可通过网络系统实现患者与医护人员共同参与化疗消化道症状的管理。结论该软件能有效地对肿瘤化疗患者进行消化道症状的动态评估和监测、科学系统地收集患者信息，为化疗患者消化道症状的管理、科学研究，以及患者网络系统报告临床结局等奠定基础。
