基于物联网的老年慢性病自我健康管理模式的构建研究

摘要

The health self -management , having emerged as the time requires with the speedy increase of the aged population , the prevalence rate of chronic disease and mortality , and empty nester , is the key to the change from "passive medical service"to"active health service".The application of the Internet of things technology in home -health monitoring and remote medical also assists in elderly patients with chronic diseases′health self -management , and provides them with intelli-gent, convenient , user-friendly medical health services.The author proposes chronic health self -management model in elderly based on the Internet of things and analyzes its connotation , construction ideas and research contents , so as to provide reference for the research field of aged care and chronic disease management.%自我健康管理理念伴随着人口老龄化加速、慢性病患病率和死亡率居高不下、空巢老人等社会问题的出现应运而生，是变“被动医疗服务”为“主动健康服务”的关键。物联网技术在家庭健康监测和远程医学中的应用有助力于老年慢性病患者的自我管理，为其提供了智能化、便捷化、人性化的医疗健康服务。本研究提出构建基于物联网的老年慢性病自我健康管理模式，并探讨其内涵、构建思路及研究内容，从而为老年保健和慢性病管理等领域的研究提供参考和借鉴。
