法国全科医学现状、教育制度及对我国的启示

摘要

发展全科医学，是我国卫生事业发展和改革的一个重要环节。全科医学教育更是全科医学学科发展的核心。法国作为医疗福利非常健全的国家之一，对于发展全科医学和培养全科医生有着丰富的经验和完善的制度。本文分析了法国的全科医学发展现状和全科医学教育制度，并在借鉴其经验的基础上，提出对我国全科医学发展与全科医生培养的建议，以期为推进我国全科医生制度建设提供参考。%The development of general practice is an important part of health service development and reform in China. And general practice education is the core of developing general practice. As one of the countries with excellent health care services in the world,France has a perfect system and lots of experience in developing general practice and general practice education. This paper analyzed the current status and education system of general practice in France,and based on this,proposed some suggestions in order to improve general practice development and education as well as general practice system in China.
