“嵌入式”与“集中式”相结合的老年护理实践教学模式的研究

摘要

以建构主义学习理论为核心，开展“嵌入式”与“集中式”相结合的老年护理实践教学模式，认为这种教学模式符合老年护理人才培养目标的要求，并能促进养老机构的发展，实现了学校教育与临床实践无缝对接，提升了护生的综合职业能力。%Obj ective:It took the constructivism learning theory as the core,to carry out the combination of “embedded model”and “centralized model”in geriatric nursing practice teaching mode.It thought that this kind of teaching model accords with the requirements of the talents train-ing goal of aged care,and can promote the development of pensions,and has realized the unsealed connection between school education and clinical practice,and enhanced the comprehensive vocational ability of them.
