护士的工作授能与工作满意度的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective:To probe into the status of work empowerment and job satisfaction of nurses and the corre-lation between them,so as to provide the evidences for nursing managers improving management methods and enhancing nurses’job satisfaction.Methods:Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire II and Job Satis-faction Questionnaire were used to investigate a total of 106 nurses in a third grade A hospital in Wuhan city by convenience sampling method.Results:The total score of work empowerment of nurses was (17.15±2.53),the scores of six dimensions respectively included informal power (3.15±0.50),support (3.06±0.69),opportunity (3.01±0.56),resources (2.88 ±0.64),formal power (2.74±0.47)and information (2.31 ±0.44);the total score of nurses’job satisfaction was (45.36±4.66);the work empowerment had significant positive correlation with the job satisfaction of nurses (r =0.648,P <0.01).Conclusion:The work empowerment and job satisfac-tion of nurses are not high.Nursing managers should take effective empowerment measures,aiming at the defi-cit of self empowerment,so as to improve the job satisfaction of nurses and the quality of clinical nursing.%[目的]探讨临床护士工作授能与工作满意度的状况及两者之间的相关性,为护理管理者改进管理方法、提高护士工作满意度提供指导依据。[方法]运用工作效能条件量表(CWEQ II)和护士工作满意度量表,采取方便取样的方法对武汉市某三级甲等医院106名护士进行调查。[结果]护士的工作授能总分为17.15分±2.53分,6个维度得分分别为非正式权利3.15分±0.50分,支持3.06分±0.69分,机会3.01分±0.56分,资源2.88分±0.64分,正式权利2.74分±0.47分,信息2.31分±0.44分;护士的工作满意度总分为45.36分±4.66分;护士工作授能与工作满意度呈正相关(r=0.648,P <0.01)。[结论]护士工作授能水平和工作满意度水平均不高,护理管理者应针对自身所授予权力的不足之处,采取有效授能措施,以提高护士的工作满意度,提高医院护理质量。
