儿科护士组织气氛与工作沉浸的相关性研究

             

摘要

[目的]对儿科护士感知的组织气氛与工作沉浸的相关性进行研究。[方法]应用护士组织气氛感知量表和护士工作沉浸问卷对131名儿科护士进行调查,应用多元逐步回归分析、相关分析法探讨两者之间的关系。[结果]儿科护士工作沉浸和组织气氛得分均处于中等水平,组织气氛与工作沉浸呈正相关(P <0.01);管理支持、团队行为、资源保障、质量管理是工作沉浸的重要预测变量。[结论]护理管理者应采取有效措施提高组织气氛,以提升护士的工作沉浸水平。%Objective:To study the correlation between the organizational atmosphere and job immersion in pedi-atric nurses’perception.Methods:A total of 131 pediatric nurses received survey by using the nurses’organiza-tional atmosphere perception scale and the nurses'job immersion questionnaire,and to probe into the correlation between them by using the multivariate stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis.Results:The scores of pediatric nurses’work immersion and organizational atmosphere were all at the medium level,and the organ-izational atmosphere were positively correlated with job immersion (P <0.01);the management support,team behavior,resource guarantee,quality management were the important predictive variables of the job immersion. Conclusion:Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the organizational atmosphere and en-hance the job immersion level of nurses.
