临床护理路径在无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝中的应用

摘要

Objective:To probe into the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with indirect in-guinal hernia treated with tension free repair.Methods:A total of 218 patients with indirect inguinal hernia treated with tension free repair in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,109 cases in each.The patients in intervention group received the clinical nursing pathway,while the patients in control group were given the routine nursing intervention,and then to compare the patients’hos-pitalization time,hospitalization cost,the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life between both groups.Results:The patients’hospitalization cost,hospitalization time,incidence of complications in inter-vention group were lower than that in control group;the quality of life score of patients in intervention group was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with indirect inguinal hernia during tension free repair can reduce the patients’hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and the incidence of postoperative complica-tions and enhance the patients’quality of life.%[目的]探讨临床护理路径在无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝中的应用效果。[方法]选择我院采用无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的218例病人，并随机分为干预组与对照组各109例，干预组开展临床护理路径模式，对照组进行常规护理，比较两组病人的住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症的发生率和生活质量。[结果]干预组病人的住院费用、住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]在采用无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝病人治疗过程中应用临床护理路径，能减少病人的住院时间和住院费用，降低术后并发症的发生率，提高病人的生活质量。
