癫痫患儿家庭照顾者焦虑状况研究及护理对策

摘要

[目的]探讨癫痫患儿家庭照顾者焦虑相关影响因素及护理对策。[方法]2013年6月—2014年6月选取120例癫痫患儿家属为调查研究对象,分别应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及 Jalowies 应对方式量表对癫痫患儿家属进行调查,分析 HAMA 与 SSRS 及应对方式的关系。[结果]120例癫痫患儿家属 HAMA 评分为(19.63±2.78)分,其中 HAMA 阳性32例(26.67%),阴性88例(73.33%)。经 Pearson 相关因素分析显示,HAMA 与社会支持总量、支持利用度、应付方式中的乐观、面对呈正相关(P <0.05),而与应付方式中的逃避、宿命呈负相关(P <0.05)。经 Logistic 多因素显示,应对方式中的逃避、宿命是影响癫痫患儿家属焦虑的独立危险因子,而社会支持总量、应对方式中的乐观是癫痫患儿家属焦虑保护因子。[结论]癫痫患儿家庭照顾者焦虑状况与社会支持及应对方式有关。护理人员应重视癫痫患儿家庭照顾者心理状况,给予其足够的社会支持,促进其采用积极的方式面对患儿疾病,以改善其焦虑情绪。%Objective:To probe into the related influencing factors and nursing countermeasures of family care-givers of epileptic children.Methods:A total of 120 family members of epileptic children were selected as the ob-jects of research from 2013 June to 2014 June,they received survey respectively by using hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),social support rating scale (SSRS)and Jalowies coping style scale,and to analyze the relationship a-mong HAMA,SSRS and coping style.Results:The HAMA score of 120 family members of epileptic children was(1 9.63±2.78),in which 32 cases with HAMA positive (26.67%)and 88 cases with HAMA negative(73.33%). The Pearson related factors analysis showed that HAMA was positively correlated with total social support,uti-lization of support,the optimism and confrontation of coping style (P <0.05),but was negative correlated with the escape and foreordination of coping style(P <0.05).The Logistic multiple factors showed that the escape and foreordination of coping style were the independent risk factors that influenced the anxiety of family mem-bers of epileptic children,while the social total support and the optimism of coping style were the protective fac-tors of anxiety family members of epileptic children.Conclusion:The anxiety status of family caregivers of epi-leptic children is related to the social support and coping style.Nursing personnel should pay more attention to the psychological status of family caregivers of epileptic children,give sufficient social support,promote the family caregivers adopting a positive way to face the children’s disease,so as to improve their anxiety.
