维持性血液透析诱发心血管事件的病因及预防性护理研究进展

摘要

This article reviews the etiology and research advances in preventive nursing of cardiovascular events induced by maintenance hemodialysis.It points out that the future research should focus on strengthening pa-tients’cognition and compliance,exploring special dialysis models(such as night dialysis),prevention of early heart valve calcification,and popularization of low ultrafiltration rate.%综述维持性血液透析诱发心血管事件的病因及预防性护理研究进展，认为未来研究重点应在加强病人的认知和依从性方面的研究、探索特殊的透析模式(如夜间透析等)、早期心脏瓣膜钙化的预防和低超滤率的普及。
