我国男护士的职业发展现状及研究进展

摘要

This article reviews the occupational status quo of male nurses in China.With analyzation of male nur-ses’social recognition and psychological stress,it reports the problems and reasons.The countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of society,hospital,school and male nurses themselves in order to provide a good career development reference for male nurses.%综述我国男护士目前的职业发展现状，分析我国男护士在社会认同度、心理压力等方面存在的问题和原因，并从社会、医院、学校层面以及男护士自身的角度提出解决对策，为男护士良好的职业发展提供参考。
