综合护理用于人工全髋关节翻修术病人的效果分析

摘要

Objective:To probe into the clinical nursing effects of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:The data of 30 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were analyzed.Accord-ing to the nursing measures,they were divided into control group and observation group,1 5 5 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine care,the patients in observation group received the comprehensive nursing,and then to compare the nursing effect between both groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores showed no significant difference between both groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety,de-pression scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).6min maxi-mum walking distance,step frequency,pace and Harsis score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of the comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty was more ideal than that of the routine care.%[目的]探讨综合护理在人工全髋关节翻修术中的临床护理效果。[方法]选取30例人工全髋关节翻修术病人资料进行分析，依据护理措施分为对照组和观察组各15例，对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。[结果]两组病人护理前焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组病人6 min最大步行距离、步频、步速及 Harsis评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]与常规护理相比，人工全髋关节翻修术病人治疗过程中实施综合护理干预效果理想。
