瑞格列奈和盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the combination treatment of Repaglinide and Metformin for diabetes.Method:260 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into combined treatment group(Repaglinide+Metformin Hydrochloride) 100 cases,80 cases of Repaglinide group and 80 patients of Metformin Hydrochloride group,the clinical treatment results were compared.Result:The FBG,HbA1c of the combination group before and after the treatment were significantly decreased,compared with the Repaglinide group or Metformin group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy is effective for type 2 diabetes.%目的：探讨瑞格列奈和盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法：选取260例确诊为2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象并随机分为联合治疗组(瑞格列奈+盐酸二甲双胍)100例，瑞格列奈组80例和盐酸二甲双胍组80例，比较临床治疗效果。结果：联合治疗组FBG、HbA1c的水平与治疗前比较均下降明显，与瑞格列奈组和盐酸二甲双胍组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联合用药治疗2型糖尿病效果明显。
