不同贮存年限的中药陈皮的药效比较

摘要

Objective:To explore the comparison of the efficacy of the different storage life of d Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The medicinal herbs of medicine storage time in 6 months,18 months and 24 months and 36 months were chosen.The pharmacological efficacies of Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae were chosen as the comparative object.The research of the effect of different fixed number of year Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae water decoction and volatile oil for animal expectorant were observed.Result:Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae water decoction of different storage period dependent on the dose,the storage period of 36 months of Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae naphtha and storage period of 18 months of dried tangerine or orange peel water decoction compared with other life of expectorant effect of medicinal materials,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The naphtha of 36 months and 18 months that have a certain extent for the medicinal materials market and provides a valuable reference for clinical.%目的：探讨不同贮存年限的中药陈皮药材的药效对比。方法：选择笔者所在医院中药房中贮存时间6个月、18个月、24个月、36个月的陈皮药材，以陈皮祛痰的药理功效作为比较对象，观察不同年限陈皮水煎剂及挥发油对动物祛痰的效果研究。结果：不同贮存年限的陈皮水煎剂在剂量上具有依赖性，贮存期为36个月的陈皮挥发油和贮存期为18个月的陈皮水煎剂与其他年限的药材的祛痰效果比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：36个月挥发油和18个月的水煎剂的祛痰效果比较好，在一定程度上为药材市场与临床提供了有价值的参考依据。
