拔牙矫治后下切牙内收与牙槽骨厚度变化关系研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the patients received treatments after tooth extraction incised tooth adduction degree and the correlation between the alveolar bone thickness change.Method:Took AnnⅡtype 1 patients with jaw wrong 45 cases as the research object,including four of the first pair of teeth root out 15 cases,mandibular second pair and the first pair of maxillary teeth pull out 15 cases,not correct mandible of dental people pull 15 cases,respectively, set up to three groups A,B,C,respectively before and after the treatments with X thrum shadow detection and analysis.Result:A,B two groups of patients, the root of point B and alveolar point area of the thickness of the alveolar bone significantly lower(P<0.05);C group in patients with alveolar bone thickness not significant changes;A group of patients with adduction and root tip and alveolar bone thickness reduce exist positive correlation;Degree of B group incised tooth adduction with the root area of the alveolar bone thickness reduce exist positive correlation.Conclusion:Tooth correctional incised teeth appear in patients with adduction,root tip and alveolar bone thickness at point B can substantially reduce,then is the degree of thickness decrease amplitude and adduction,therefore in clinical diagnosis and treatment should be given sufficient attention in the design process.%目的：探讨患者在拔牙矫治后下切牙内收与牙槽骨厚度变化之间的关联性。方法：取安氏Ⅱ1类错颌45例患者为研究对象，包括4个第一双尖牙拔除者15例、下颌第二双与上颌第一双尖牙拔除者15例、未矫治下颌的非拔牙患者15例，分别设置为A、B、C三组，在矫治前后分别采用X线进行检测与分析。结果：A、B两组患者根尖处、B点与牙槽点区域的牙槽骨厚度均大幅降低(P<0.05)，C组患者牙槽骨厚度未存在显著变化， A组患者内收程度与根尖处和牙槽骨厚度降低存在正相关，B组下切牙内收程度则与根尖区域的牙槽骨厚度降低存在正相关。结论：拔牙矫治患者下切牙出现内收后，根尖与B点处牙槽骨厚度随之会大幅减低，其厚度减小幅度与内收程度呈正比，因而临床在诊疗设计过程中应给予充分关注。
