椎弓根钉系统固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折150例分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pedicle screw system fixation for thoracolumbar fractures.Method:Selected January 2011-August 2012 the author’s hospital treated 150 cases of thoracic lumbar vertebral fracture patients,used pedicle screw system fixation treatment,follow-up observation treatment effect. Result:All patients surgery all went well,the last follow-up date on October 1,2012,all of the patients did not appear fixed loose or broken nail phenomenon,according to Frankel classification standard neural function in patients with 1~3 levels. Preoperative Cobb Angle,height of fanterior trailing edge compared with at the time of the last follow-up,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pedicle screw system fixation method treatment of thoracic lumbar vertebral body fractures fixed and reliable,and curative effect is significant,worthy of the thoracic lumbar vertebral body fractures are widely used in the treatment.%　　目的：探讨椎弓根钉系统固定治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的临床效果。方法：选择2011年1月-2012年8月笔者所在医院收治的150例胸腰段椎体骨折患者，采用椎弓根钉系统固定治疗，观察随访治疗效果。结果：所有患者手术均顺利，末次随访日期2012年10月1日，所有患者未出现固定松动或断钉的现象，参照Frankel分级标准患者神经功能提升1~3个级别。术前Cobb角、椎体前后缘高度与末次随访时比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：椎弓根钉系统固定方法治疗胸腰段椎体骨折固定可靠，疗效显著，值得在胸腰段椎体骨折治疗中广泛应用。
