三黄汤外敷治疗化疗药物外渗后局部组织损伤的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨三黄汤外敷治疗化疗药物外渗后局部组织损伤的疗效。方法：将化疗药物外渗的68例患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组32例，观察组采用三黄汤外敷，对照组采用33％硫酸镁溶液湿热敷。结果：观察组局部组织肿胀恢复及疼痛缓解时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：化疗药物外渗后用三黄汤外敷，方法简单，经济适用，局部组织肿胀消退快，痛疼缓解快，适合临床推广应用。%Objective:To investigate Sanhuang decoction treatment of local tissue injury after store effective permeability effect observation.Methods:Store effective permeability of 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group of 36 cases and the control group 32 cases,observation group with three when packed,moist heat on the control group using 33%magnesium sulfate solution.Results:Observation group of local tissue swelling and pain relief,recovery time were significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When such effective permeability after three gels, method is simple,economy applicable,local tissue swelling subsided quickly,pain relief is fast,suitable for clinical application.
