不同方式的膝关节冲洗疗法对膝骨性关节炎症状改善的探索

摘要

目的：探索不同方式的膝关节冲洗疗法对膝骨性关节炎症状改善的情况，并找到改善膝骨性关节炎症状的有效方式。方法：选择2012年1-12月在笔者所在医院进行过不同方式的膝关节冲洗治疗的38例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：膝骨性关节炎患者在经过多种膝关节冲洗疗法治疗后，患者的膝骨性关节炎症状得到了明显的改善。结论：膝关节冲洗法具有缓解疼痛，减轻炎症反应；直接修复损伤软骨及膝关节周围滑膜；液体直接润滑关节；改善关节的内环境等优点，因此可以在治疗膝骨性关节炎症状的临床中对其进行推广。%Objective:To explore different ways of knee joint washing therapy on knee osteoarthritis symptoms of the condition,and find ways to improve the knee osteoarthritis symptoms.Methods:In our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 had knee different irrigation treatment of 38 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as the object of study,retrospective analysis of clinical data of their.Results:In the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee after many knee douche therapy after treatment,patients with knee osteoarthritis symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion:Knee irrigation has to relieve pain,reduce inflammation;Direct repair cartilage damage and knee joint peripheral synovial liquid directly lubricate joints;Advantages;improve the environment inside the joint,so it can be in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis symptoms in its popularization.
