重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：对135例移位较大或粉碎性锁骨骨折行切开复位重建钢板内固定，手术注意微创操作，减少骨膜剥离，对粉碎较重者给予植骨，术后早期功能锻炼。结果：随访的128例患者均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间为4.5个月，关节功能恢复良好，无感染、畸形愈合发生。结论：重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折固定牢靠，并发症少，骨愈合率高，能最大限度地减少锁骨短缩，关节功能恢复良好，疗效满意。%Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of reconstruction plate fixation of clavicular fractures.Methods:135 cases of large displacement or comminuted clavicular open reduction and reconstruction plate internal fixation of fractures,surgery adopted minimally invasive operation,to reduce the periosteal stripping,the comminuted fracture heavier was given bone grafting.To give postoperative functional exercises as soon as possible.Results:Follow-up of 128 patients,all patients were bone union,the average union time was 4.5 months,joint function recovered well,there were no infection and malunion.Conclusion:Reconstruction plate fixation of clavicular fractures has the advantage of firmly fixation,fewer complications,high rate of bone healing,minimize clavicle shortening,good recovery of joint function,the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
