450例原发性高血压患者心电图异常分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the abnormal electrocardiogram of primary hypertension patients,in order to provide reference for the electrocardiographic diagnosis of primary hypertension patients.Methods:The electrocardiographic data of 450 primary hypertension patients were retrospectively analyzed and those data was classified statistic according to age and gender.Results:The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in male and female primary hypertension patients were 44.0%,43.0%,and the difference was no significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences about the occurrence rate of arrhythmia between different ages.The occurrence rate of LVH in≥age 50 was significant higher than that in0.05)；心律失常在各年龄段原发性高血压患者中的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；≥50岁的原发性高血压患者LVH的发生率显著高于<50岁高血压患者的发生率(P<0.05)；≥60岁的原发性高血压患者心电图异常总检出率与ST-T改变发生率显著高于<60岁高血压患者(P<0.05)。结论：高血压患者应定期进行常规心电图检查，对早期预防、发现、诊断高血压心脏损害有重要意义。
