曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及校正QT离散度的影响

摘要

目的：分析不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)采用曲美他嗪治疗的疗效、对校正QT离散度的影响。方法：将笔者所在医院收治的116例不稳定型心绞痛患分为研究组和对照组，对治疗期两组不稳定型心绞痛患者生命体征变化进行对比。结果：研究组患者生命体征变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛降低了心血管事件的发生率。%Objective:To analysis the influence on curative effect and correction QT dispersion of unstable angina with trimetazidine.Methods:116 patients with unstable angina were divided into the study group and the control group,two groups of patients with unstable angina pectoris treated period changes in vital signs were compared.Results:The changes of vital signs in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unstable angina treated with trimetazidine treatment can reduce the probability of the cardiovascular.
