经皮肾镜取石术治疗开放手术后肾结石复发的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for recurrent patients with kidney stone after open surgery treatment. Methods:To select 90 cases of open surgery patients with recurrent kidney stones,which were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group used percutaneous nephrolithotomy,the control group used once again open surgery treatment.To compare two groups of the operation time,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,stone clearance,postoperative recurrence rates,intraoperative amount of bleeding and postoperative urinary tract infection. Results:Observation group after treatment the operation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost was less than that of control group(P<0.01),and the calculus eliminate rate and postoperative recurrence rate significantly smaller that of control group(P<0.05),intraoperative amount of bleeding and postoperative urinary tract infection number was less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy open surgery in treatment of recurrent kidney stone is definite,it is worth clinical promotion use.%　　目的：观察经皮肾镜取石术治疗开放手术后肾结石复发的疗效.方法：选取90例开放手术后肾结石复发患者，将其随机均分为两组，观察组采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗，对照组采用再次开放手术治疗，比较两组手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、结石清除率、术后复发率、术中出血量及术后尿路感染.结果：观察组治疗后手术时间、住院时间及住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.01)，结石消除率及术后复发率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)，术中出血量及术后尿路感染数也少于对照组(P<0.05).结论：经皮肾镜取石术治疗开放手术后肾结石复发疗效确切，值得临床推广使用.
