珠海市院前猝死现状分析与急救干预

摘要

Objective:Analyze in the region of pre-hospital sudden death of the patient’s status and treatment effect,explore pre-hospital sudden death first aid intervention.Methods:Collection of Zhuhai city,from January 2008 to September 2012 analysis of 1126 cases of sudden death in the patient’s medical records. Results:1126 cases,three cases of on-site recovery,61 cases for site recovery. The rest of the 1062 cases ineffective recovery site,pre-hospital sudden death recovery in the effective rate of 5.68%.Conclusion:Sudden death through effective emergency interventions to reduce mortality,improve recovery efficiency.%　　目的：分析本地区院前猝死患者的现状及救治效果,探索院前猝死急救干预.方法：收集珠海市2008年1月-2012年9月1126例猝死患者病历进行分析.结果：1126例中有3例现场复苏成功,61例为现场复苏有效.其余的1062例为现场复苏无效,院前猝死复苏有效率为5.68%.结论：通过有效的急救干预措施能降低猝死死亡率,提高复苏有效率.
