三联疗法治疗眩晕的临床观察及护理

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the triple therapy for vertigo patients.Method:36 patients with vertigo in our department from January to June 2014 were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,18 patients in the control group used the drug therapy and routine nursing,18 patients in the observation group used the triple therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect,the recurrence rates,the total time of hospital stay and remission for the patients with vertigo were compared.Result:The observation group were better than the control group in the total time of hospital stay and remission time for the patients with vertigo,this difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),the recurrence rates of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The triple therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with vertigo faster,short the total time of hospital stay obviously,reduce the recurrence.It is simple and easy to operate,worth to popularize in the clinical treatment of vertigo.%目的：观察非药物三联疗法干预对眩晕患者的疗效。方法：随机选取2014年1-6月笔者所在科收治的以眩晕为主诉的患者36例，随机分为两组，对照组18例采用药物治疗+常规护理干预，观察组18例在对照组的基础上结合非药物三联疗法干预，比较两组眩晕复发率、总住院时间和眩晕缓解时间。结果：观察组总住院时间和眩晕缓解时间明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，眩晕的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：三联疗法干预可更快缓解眩晕患者的临床症状，明显缩短总住院时间，减少复发率，且简便、易于护理人员掌握，具有可操作性，值得在临床中推广的治疗眩晕有效方法。
