Osteoblast is one of the most important histiocytes,which not only mechanosensory cells but also producing stress effect.So it will be an important significance for bone tissue remodeling by researching biological mechanism between stress stimulation and osteoblast. During recent years, more and more study on the effect of stress stimulation on bone. And the research on biological mechanism is mainly including the effect of stress,the mechanical signal pathway,and regulation mechanism. The key on influencing of cell function is the change of cytokine owing to stress stimulation. So this paper makes a review on BMPs,TGF-β,and Wnts by analysising of stress stimulation.%成骨细胞是骨组织中的重要细胞,既是应力感受细胞,又是应力效应细胞,因此通过研究应力刺激对成骨细胞影响的生物学反应机制对骨组织重建的研究具有重要意义。近几年,有关应力刺激对骨组织影响的研究越来越多,在应力刺激后的生物学反应机制的研究主要集中在应力的作用效应、应力信号通路与调节机制等方面。由于应力刺激导致细胞因子的变化是其影响成骨细胞功能的关键。因此,本文将通过分析应力刺激对成骨细胞BMPs、TGF-β和Wnts的影响进行简要综述。
