医务人员手卫生状况调查及分析

摘要

Objective:To know the status of hand hygiene of medical personnel and analyze factors that affected the implementation of medical personnel’s hand hygiene,and then provide a basis for improving the compliance of medical personnel’s hand hygiene.Method:To carry out a questionnaire survey on the medical personnel in our hospital about hand hygiene.Result:The major factor that affects the implementation of hand hygiene among medical workers was job factor. 59.79%(58/97) investigated medical workers think they did not had time to wash hands as they are too busy.As for the facility factor,43.30%(42/97) of the investigated medical workers think the hand washing sinks were insufficient,on the aspect of cognitive factors about hand hygiene,43.30%(42/97) people think they did not pay sufficient attention to hand washing and disinfection in work.Conclusion:The hand hygiene condition of medical staff is fine but still in deficient, which basically are reflected as follows some medical workers are too nervous or busy to wash hands,unreasonable layout of hand washing facilities and weak consciousness of hand hygiene.%目的：了解医务人员手卫生的状况，分析影响医务人员手卫生执行的因素，为如何提高手卫生依从性提供依据。方法：制订《医务人员手卫生状况调查表》，对医院医务人员进行手卫生问卷调查。结果：影响医务人员手卫生执行的主要因素为工作因素中认为工作太忙没有时间洗手59.79%(58/97)，手卫生设施因素中洗手池数量太少43.30%(42/97)及手卫生认知因素中认为个人在工作中对洗手或手消没有足够的重视43.30%(42/97)。结论：医务人员手卫生状况尚可但仍然有部分欠缺，表现在工作紧张无暇顾及洗手，洗手设施布局不合理及手卫生意识淡薄。
