冠心病合并左心功能不全患者采用介入治疗的综合分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment in patients of coronary artery disease and left ventricular dysfunction. Method:100 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction from March 2008 to July 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in the observation group,the use of intervention and control group of 49 cases,the use of conventional drug treatment,The left ventricular function and cardiac function were compared in the two groups after 6 months.Result:The LVDd was (43.2±10.5)mm,LVDs was (26.9±0.7)mm,LVEF was (52.5±7.2)%,FS was (29.7±2.3)%in the observation group,control group LVDd was (50.1±11.7)mm,LVDs was (32.1±1.1)mm,LVEF was (46.5±7.7)%, FS was (23.1±2.7)%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group gradeⅠof 20 cardiac function cases,Ⅱ26 cases,4 cases of gradeⅢ,gradeⅣ1 patient,in the control group of cardiac function 15 cases of gradeⅠ,gradeⅡof 18 cases,12 cases of gradeⅢ,gradeⅣfor the 4 cases, two comparison of cardiac function was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of interventional surgical treatment of coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction in patients with good clinical efficacy,can significantly improve cardiac function,improve left ventricular function indicators,it should to promoting in clinical.%目的：评价介入治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2008年3月-2013年7月笔者所在医院收治的冠心病合并左心功能不全患者100例，随机分为两组，其中观察组51例，采用介入治疗，对照组49例，采用常规药物治疗，观察并比较两组患者治疗后6个月的左心功能各项指标以及心功能分级。结果：观察组LVDd为(43.2±10.5)mm，LVDs为(26.9±0.7)mm，LVEF为(52.5±7.2)%，FS为(29.7±2.3)%，对照组LVDd为(50.1±11.7)mm，LVDs为(32.1±1.1)mm，LVEF为(46.5±7.7)%，FS为(23.1±2.7)%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组心功能Ⅰ级为20例，Ⅱ级为26例，Ⅲ级为4例，Ⅳ级为1例，对照组心功能Ⅰ级为15例，Ⅱ级为18例，Ⅲ级为12例，Ⅳ级为4例，两组心功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：运用介入手术治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的临床疗效好，能明显提高患者心功能，改善左心功能各项指标，值得在临床上予以推广。
