老年尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理效果观察

摘要

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of nursing care for elderly patients with uremia during induction period of hemodialysis. Method:Fifty cases of uremia during induction period of hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were chosen.They were divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was treated with traditional methods of care,and the study group was treated with integrated care on the basis of the control group. The patients’ satisfaction and complication rates for the two groups were compared.Result:The patient satisfaction level in the control group was 68.0%,and 92.0%in the study group. The difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate in the control group was 52.0%,and the study group was 12.0%.The difference was with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly hemodialysis patients should be given different nursing care depending on the condition of the patient,so as to help patients to complete the induction period safely, reduce the incidence of complications,achieve the best therapeutic purposes.%目的：研究分析老年尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理效果。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的老年尿毒症血液透析诱导期患者50例，分为对照组与研究组，对照组给予传统护理方法，研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理，比较两组患者满意度以及并发症发生率。结果：对照组患者满意度为68.0%，研究组为92.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为52.0%，研究组为12.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期应该根据患者的不同情况给予不同的护理，帮助患者安全的度过诱导期，降低并发症的发生，以达到最好的治疗目的。
