踝关节骨折中后踝骨折的治疗体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of posterior malleolar fracture after anklebone fracture,summarizing the treatment experience.Method:70 cases of posterior malleolar fracture accompanied by anklebone fracture patients were choosed as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and follow-up,analyzed related factors influencing the postoperative functional recovery.Result:The degree of trauma,age were the important factors to affect the postoperative functional recovery of ankle joint,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).By different methods of surgery and trauma to the time of surgery did not directly affect the ankle postoperative function recovery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The type of traumatic anklebone fracture and the age of patients are the important factors to affect the postoperative functional recovery of ankle joint.%目的：探讨踝关节骨折中后踝骨折的治疗体会，总结治疗经验。方法：选取70例踝关节骨折并伴有后踝骨折的患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并进行随访，分析总结相关因素对术后功能恢复的影响。结果：创伤程度、年龄是影响踝关节术后的功能恢复的重要因素，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而采取不同的手术方法、创伤后到实施手术的时间则不会直接影响踝关节术后功能的恢复(P>0.05)。结论：后踝骨折创伤的类型、患者的年龄是影响踝关节术后的功能恢复的重要因素。
