The invention relates to medical devices used in traumatology. The device is designed as a screw-rod portions: a work pointed at one end, the fastening at the other end and intermediate therebetween cylindrical with smooth surface. Sharpened operating portion has a length of 30-50 mm along the rod and is formed as a cone on its base facing towards the intermediate portion. From the base of the cone on its outer surface thread applied along the length of the rod-screw 7-15 mm, 5-7 mm in diameter and the pitch of 2-3 mm.
