妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉护理配合研究

摘要

目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉护理配合方法及效果。方法：将2012年6月-2013年6月在笔者所在医院妇科行妇科腹腔镜手术的104例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组实施舒适配合护理，对照组采用常规麻醉配合护理，比较两组患者的对护理的满意程度、手术耐受程度及镇痛情况。结果：观察组护理满意度、手术耐受程度及镇痛方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理有助于增加患者的手术耐受程度，提高患者的满意度，确保手术效果。%Objective:To explore the effects and method of nursing cooperation in gynecological laparoscopic operation.Method:104 patients who were received gynecological gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group used comfortable cooperation nursing,the control group used conventional anesthesia cooperation nursing.The nursing satisfaction, surgery and analgesic tolerance situation of the two groups were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction,tolerability and analgesic in surgery of observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can help increase tolerance of surgical patients,improve patient’s satisfaction,ensure the operation effects.
