目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低患者口服给药漏服率中的作用。方法：2013年4-6月笔者所在科室将品管圈活动应用于降低患者口服药漏服率中，成立品管圈小组，确立“降低口服给药漏服率”为活动主题，运用PDCA循环方法，进行现状把握、设定目标、原因分析、对策制定，将6月实施品管圈活动后患者口服药情况与4月活动实施前情况进行比较。结果：通过品管圈活动，使患者口服给药漏服率由活动前的34.17%降低到活动后的10.98%，活动前后口服给药漏服率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=441.168，P<0.01)。结论：品管圈活动对降低患者口服给药漏服率有显著效果。%Objective:To investigate the QCC activities in reducing the leakage rate of oral medication in the role of service.Method:In April to June 2013 the Department would product application management circle activities to reduce oral drugs in patients with missed rate,the establishment of quality control circle group,the establishment of“reduce the administration service missed rate”as the theme of oral,applying PDCA circulation method,present situation,goal setting,grasp the reason analysis,strategy formulation,would be implemented in June comparison of QCC activity after oral administration in patients with April activities before the implementation of.Result:Circle activities by QQC,enable patients to oral dosing leak service rate from before 34.17%reduce activity after 10.98%,before and after oral administration of leakage was statistically significant difference between the wear rate(χ2=441.168,P<0.01). Conclusion:QCC to reduce oral medication in leakage rate has significant effect.
