产科DIC子宫切除术的手术室急救护理探析

摘要

目的：探讨分析产科DIC子宫切除术的手术室急救护理方法，找出较为有效的护理方法。方法：选取2012年10月-2013年10月笔者所在医院收治的62例产科DIC子宫切除术患者为观察组，给予患者针对性的急救护理，并选取2010年9月-2012年9月收治的60例实施常规急救护理的患者为对照组，观察两组患者急救效果。结果：观察组62例患者经过针对性的精心护理均成功脱离危险，平均住院(18.5±1.5)d后均痊愈出院；对照组60例患者中成功脱离危险的有54例，6例死亡，其余患者平均住院(26.8±2.5)d后痊愈出院，两组患者临床救治成功率及住院时间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予产科DIC子宫切除术的患者手术室针对性的精心护理，能够有效降低手术风险，有助于顺利完成整个手术，提高患者生存质量。%Objective:To investigate and analyse the operation room emergency nursing method to obstetric DIC hysterectomy patients,find out more effective methods of care.Method:62 cases of obstetric DIC hysterectomy patients in author’s hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected as the observation group,were given for the corresponding emergency nursing,and 60 cases with routine emergency nursing care from September 2010 to September 2012 were selected as control group,the emergency effect of two groups were observed.Result:62 cases in the observation group were successful out of danger by corresponding emergency nursing,were cured after the average length of (18.5±1.5)d.60 cases in the control group,54 cases were successful out of danger, 6 cases were dead,the remaining patients were cured after the average length of (26.8±2.5)d,the differences of the success rate and the time of hospitalization between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Obstetric DIC hysterectomy patients in operation room with corresponding emergency nursing,can effectively reduce the operation risk,contributes to the successful completion of the operation,improve the quality of life of patients.
