目的：研究球囊与气管插管辅助呼吸在心脏骤停院前急救中的效果。方法：80例心脏骤停患者随机均分为气管插管组与球囊组，每组40例。气管插管组采用气管插管辅助呼吸治疗，球囊组采用球囊人工通气治疗。比较两组一次性插管成功率、心脏复苏成功率、操作时间、建立通气时间以及血氧饱和度。结果：球囊组一次性插管成功率、心脏复苏成功率、操作时间、建立通气时间及血氧饱和度明显优于气管插管组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：球囊人工通气治疗心脏骤停患者较传统气管插管辅助通气疗效更显著，值得院前急救中推广及普及。%Objective:To study the effect of endotracheal intubation and balloon ventilation in the use of cardiac arrest for pre-hospital care. Method:80 patients with cardiac arrest were randomly divided into endotracheal intubation group and balloon ventilation group,40 cases in each group. Patients in the endotracheal intubation group were received endotracheal intubation assisted breathing therapy,patients in the balloon ventilation group were received balloon ventilation artificial ventilation. One-time intubation success rate,cardiac resuscitation success rate,operating time,the time of establishment of ventilation and oxygen saturation of two groups were compared.Result:One-time intubation success rate,cardiac resuscitation success rate,operating time,the time of establishment of ventilation and oxygen saturation was significantly better in the balloon ventilation group than that in the endotracheal intubation group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of balloon artificial ventilation in the use of cardiac arrest for pre-hospital care is better than endotracheal intubation,it is worthy of promotion and popularization for pre-hospital care.
