中医药治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察并分析中医药治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效。方法：将2011年1月-2013年6月就诊于笔者所在医院的68例儿童特应性皮炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组34例。观察组给予健脾化湿导滞的自拟中药方治疗，对照组给予西药氯雷他定治疗，对比两组的疗效。结果：两组患儿治疗前皮损面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒感程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，两组患儿皮损面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒感程度与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组皮损面积评分为(1.09±0.79)分，皮损严重程度(2.02±1.69)分，瘙痒感程度(0.90±0.73)分，均优于治疗后对照组各项评分情况，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率94.1%，对照组为76.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ²=8.244，P<0.05)。结论：中医药治疗儿童特应性皮炎效果肯定，可有效缓解患儿皮肤瘙痒程度，减少皮损程度，值得在临床推广应用。%Objective:To observe and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis.Method:68 patients with atopic dermatitis from January 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each groups of 34 cases. The observation group were received resolving dampness by tonifying spleen and stagnation prescription treatment and the control group were given western medicine loratadine treatment.The curative effect were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significantly different of lesion area,the severity of lesions and itching degree between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The lesion area,the severity of lesions and itching degree of the two groups after treatment were all significantly different with before treatment(P<0.05).The lesion area was (1.09±0.79)scores,the severity of lesions was (2.02±1.69)scores,itching degree was (0.90±0.73)scores of the observation group which were better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group was 76.5%while the observation group was 94.1%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ²=8.244,P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis sure effect,can effectively alleviate the patients skin itching degree,reduce the extent of lesions,it is worth in clinical application.
