经尿道电切术治疗老年肌层浸润膀胱癌效果探讨

         

摘要

目的:对老年肌层浸润膀胱癌通过经尿道电切术治疗,对其治疗效果进行探讨与分析。方法:从2011年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的肌层浸润膀胱癌老年患者中抽取20例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,遵循患者知情同意的原则依照随机抽取的方式给予其中10例经尿道电切术治疗(TURBT组),另10例给予膀胱部分切除术(PC组)治疗,对两组的术中出血量进行观察,并对比两组的手术与住院时间,同时记录术后的随访结果。结果:手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间上,TURBT组分别为(41.7±21.2)min、(54.4±21.3)ml及(9.4±3.9)d,PC组分别为(103.6±24.1)min、(109.3±26.7)ml及(25.4±4.2)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过1年左右的随访,两组复发率和死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组再次治疗例数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但有一定的可比性。结论:在治疗老年肌层浸润膀胱癌中,经尿道电切术有着较短的手术和住院时间,术中出血量少,能够加快患者的恢复速度,对患者的预后进行有效改善,值得推广。%Objective:In aged muscle invasive bladder cancer by transurethral resection,carries on the discussion and the analysis of its therapeutic effect.Method:From June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital from muscular layer infiltration of bladder cancer in elderly patients of 20 cases were analyzed retrospectively,follow the principle of informed consent in accordance withpatients were randomly selected to give way in which 10 cases transurethral resection(TURBT group),another 10 cases were treated with partial cystectomy(PC group),two groups of bleeding volume during operation were observed,and compared between two groups of operationand hospitalization time,and the follow-up results after operation.Result:The operation time,bleeding and hospitalization time,TURBT group were (41.7±21.2) min,(54.4±21.3) ml and (9.4±3.9) d,PC group were (103.6±24.1) min,(109.3±26.7) ml and (25.4±4.2) d,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence and mortality,two groups had no significant difference,while the two group the number of cases of treatment again had no significant difference(P>0.05),but there were certain comparability.Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer,transurethral resection with shorter operation time and hospitalization,operation,less bleeding,can accelerate the speed of recovery of patients,toimprove the prognosis of the patients,is worthy of promotion.
