健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染调查分析

摘要

Objective:To understand of infection status in the Zhuhai of healthy crowd helicobacter pylori (Hp).Method:From January 2013 to September 2013 cases of healthy physical examination personnel immune colloidal gold method is used to determination of Hp infection,and analyze the result.Result:Hp infection in 2963 cases of healthy physical examination in 1629 cases,the infection rate 54.98%,31-40 years of age distribution peak of 77.85%;men,women infection rate was 61.20%and 44.04%;workers and civil servants infection rate was 70.29%,36.28%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:Hp infection healthy people is higher,so to carry out healthy Hp census ,in order to reduce the incidence of related diseases .%目的：了解珠海市健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况。方法：对2013年1-9月2963例健康体检人员采用免疫胶体金法测定Hp感染情况，并对其结果进行分析。结果：2963例健康体检者中Hp感染1629例，感染率54.98%，年龄分布以31~40岁为最高峰，阳性率为77.85%；男女感染率分别为61.20%和44.04%；工人和公务员感染率分别为70.29%、36.03%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：健康体检人群Hp感染率较高，在健康体检中开展Hp普查，以减少相关疾病的发生。
