Objective To investigate Helicobacter pylori infection in healthy population during regular checkup in Dalian City and provide the basis for prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods Serum Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) antibodies in the population who received regular checkup in Dalian City were d using collaurum double antibody sandwich.Subjects were grouped according to sex and age.The positive rate of Hp antibodies in different groups and different regions were ana-lyzed and compared.Results The positive rate of Hp antibodies was 30% in man and 30.9% in woman with an average positive rate of 30.4%in all population.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The posi-tive rate of Hp antibodies was lowest in the 21-30 years old group (19.7%).The positive rate of Hp antibodies gradually increased in associated age (all P<0.05) and reached a peak level in the 51-60 years old group (33.9%).A gradual decrease was observed afterward.However,no significant differences were found among 51-60,61-70,and 71-80 years old groups (all P>0.05).The positive rates of Hp antibodies in the 1-20 (29.4%) and 81-100 (26.7%) years old groups were higher when compared to 21-30 years old group (all P<0.05).Conclusions Helicobacter pylori infection in healthy population in Dalian City ranks in the medium level when compared to other cities.This infection increases in asso-ciation with age and reaches a peak level at the age around 60.However,the infection gradually decreases in the following age groups.%目的：调查大连市健康体检人群的幽门螺杆菌感染状况，为疾病预防和治疗提供依据。方法采用胶体金双抗夹心层析法检测大连市健康体检人群血清中抗幽门螺杆菌（ Hp ）抗体。分别按性别和年龄分组，统计不同组别Hp抗体阳性率；并与文献报道的不同地区健康体检人群的感染情况做比较。结果大连市健康体检人群Hp抗体的总阳性率为30．4％，男性Hp抗体阳性率为30．0％，女性为30．9％，二者比较差异无显著性意义（ P＞0．05）。21～30岁组人群阳性率最低（19．7％），随着年龄的递增，阳性率也逐渐升高（均P＜0．05），至51～60岁达高峰（33．9％）（均P＜0．05）。在随后的年龄组又逐渐下降，但是51～60、61～70和71～80岁组人群阳性率之间的差异无显著性意义（均P＞0．05）。1～20岁（29．4％）和81～100岁（26．7％）组人群Hp抗体阳性率显著高于21～30岁组人群阳性率。大连地区Hp感染率高于广州，但低于苏州和重庆（均P＜0．05）。结论大连市Hp感染率与其他城市相比处于中等水平。大连地区Hp感染率随年龄增长呈上升趋势，至60岁左右为高峰；随着年龄的进一步增长，其感染率呈下降趋势。
